What is a TicketNetwork Private Label Website?

We provide qualified marketers with all the back-end operations needed to run a successful branded ticket selling website giving the marketer the advantage of concentrating on what they do best and leaving the rest up to us.

 

Will I have to process credit cards?

No. Your site will just broadcast the ticket inventory listings. We handle the rest!

 

If a customer on my site has a question, who will they contact?

TicketNetwork® will handle all customer service inquries through our two call centers. Our Customer Service centers are open 7 AM – 1AM EST daily, 365 days per year including holidays, where your customers will be provided with great customer service. As an added bonus, once your site reaches a preset benchmark to qualify for a phone number, we assign a unique 800 number for your account.

 

Are there restrictions on how I can market this site?

Yes. We do not allow the use of SPAM marketing and/or illegal web-traffic generating vehicles. Clients who engage in these types of activities will be removed from our program.

 

Who is eligible to become a TicketNetwork® Private Label client?

We welcome skilled e-commerce marketers that can generate large volumes of online traffic or have existing websites with established audiences. Once an application is received, our team will review the application and determine if the applicant is a good fit for our business model.

 

How much does it cost to setup a website?

There is no cost to joining the TicketNetwork Private Label Program as we work with you on a commission basis (we pay you). If you choose to utilize a TicketNetwork® Signature Site, there is an annual $150 setup fee. You may also elect to upgrade your Signature Site to a premium version for a $69 per month. If you chose to utilize our APIs or our HTML Plugin tool to build your own custom website, then you will be responsible for your development costs.

 

How much commission will I make?

Commissions have unlimited potential! The more traffic you can drive to convert, the more commission you will make. Since clients determine the mark-up on their site, clients are in control of their commission structure.

 

When do I get paid?

Commission earnings are disbursed on a monthly basis, however if you reach a certain threshold of monthly sales volume we will pay your commissions weekly.

 

How will I get paid?

Commission earnings are disbursed via ACH for clients based in the United States. International clients can be paid via International ACH or Wire Transfer.

 

Do you provide marketing assistance?

Yes. We provide our clients with valuable marketing and industry information. In addition clients will regularly receive updates pertaining to ticket industry news, top-selling events, and on-sale dates. Clients can also subscribe to our data feeds (SFTP and/or APIs, which gives you information such as newly added events, performers, and venues).

 

Do you accept clients from outside the United States?

Yes. The TicketNetwork® Private Label program includes clients based all over the world.
